Process of the Peanuts
The asociation Artesanal Mandusol has developed a new product, caramelized peanuts. Face of the fact that the production is not really supported the consum is preferential for the families. The peanut processing shall represent a new source of income for the families. The peanuts are composed of three diferent ingredients: Cane sugar, essence of vanilla and the peanut.
A hight valued product which you can buy in Imbabura and in stores in the province of Pichincha.
